- ✓If there is chest pain or severe difficulty breathing, call MDA.

Guided Breathing
Inhale for 4 seconds; hold for 4 seconds; exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat 6 times.
Quick Grounding
Say a calming sentence out loud: "I'm okay, this will pass."
If Having a Panic Attack
Stay where you are; sit down; focus on breathing; ask for help.
