1. Definition of the Initiative

SafeMind is a social initiative whose purpose is to provide a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental experience. Responses in the system are automatically generated by an AI system and are not human responses.

2. Nature of Responses

All responses are AI-generated only. They do not constitute professional, emotional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice of any kind. They should not be considered a recommendation, opinion, or binding directive.

3. Absence of Personal or Emotional Connection

There is no personal, emotional, romantic, or social connection between the system and the user. The system does not replace human connection, professional support, or therapy.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

SafeMind does not collect sensitive information and does not share information with third parties. There is no Analytics, no Tracking, and no non-essential Cookies. All information entered by the user is stored in browser memory only and is deleted when the page is closed.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "As Is." SafeMind is not responsible for any direct or indirect, emotional, financial, or other damage arising from use of the system. The user is fully responsible for any action taken following the responses.

6. Fair Use and Conduct

The user agrees not to upload offensive, threatening, illegal, or sexual content. The user agrees not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the system.

7. Information Security

The system includes:

  • Input Sanitization
  • XSS and code injection prevention
  • Input length limitation
  • No data sent to external servers
  • No third-party libraries that communicate externally

8. Changes to the Service

SafeMind reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time, without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and algorithms are the property of SafeMind.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction is granted to the courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
